Shuddha Chulha
Using the technology from an existing Biostove, I designed a chulha replacement to address those suffering from indoor air pollution. Using the United Nations’ SDGs, focusing on the user lifestyle, cultural practice, and potential acceptance of a solution was at the forefront of research. This project was human factor-intensive in investigating the use and habits of our target demographic. Designing such a solution took major consideration of the possibilities using off-the-shelf and existing parts, and building around them to create a plausible product.
Process Booklet
This booklet shows each step in developing from a problem synthesis to product specifications and a final, tangible, looks-like model.
